Shipping Notice

• Orders containing paints or thinners with a U.S. shipping address will be cancelled without notice.

Product Details

• Volume: 40ml, unthinned
• Suggested thinning ratio: 1 part paint to 2 parts thinner
• Type: Medium-grit surfacer
• Use: Ideal for spot-checking surfaces after scribing, sanding, and other surface customization work
• Finish: Roughly equivalent to a 1000 sanded surface

This surfacer can also be used as a pre-painting finishing layer, helping create an even base before applying colour coats.

To preserve the primer’s surface texture, only sand primed surfaces with sandpaper finer than 1000.

Notes

• Lower grit surfacers create a rougher finish with stronger coverage, requiring fewer coats to hide the underlayer.
• Higher grit surfacers create a finer finish with lighter coverage, usually requiring more coats to fully hide the underlayer.
• For best results, avoid applying surfacer or primer in high-humidity environments.
